Take a 1 1/2" PVC pipe cap and drill a 1/4" hole in the top of it.

Then cut two pieces of fiberglass window screen the size to fit inside the cap and also the inside of a 1 1/2" PVC male adapter.

Cut a piece of 1 1/2" PVC pipe 2 1/2" long.

These pieces will be the carbon container to remove the nasty odors from the waste collector.

Cut a 2 1/2" long piece of 2" ID acrylic tube.

Cut a 2 1/4" disk of 1/4" acrylic and drill several 1/4 holes in it.

Cut a 12" long piece of 6" ID acrylic tube.

Cut an 8" square of 1/4" acrylic sheet for the base of the waste collector.

Glue the 6" acrylic tube to the 8" square acrylic sheet with some Weld-On 16.

Cut two disks of 1/4" acrylic that are 8 1/2" in diameter.

Cut a 6" hole in the center of one of them.

In the other one drill a 2" hole and a 25/32" hole.

Use a 1/2" pipe tap to tap the 25/32" hole.

Make sure that these two holes are inside of the 6" diameter so they will both be inside the tube.

Glue the 1 1/2" male adapter into the 2" hole in the disk with Weld-On 16.

Put a ping pong ball in the 2" ID acrylic tube and use Weld-On 16 to glue it to the bottom of this plate over the 2" hole in the plate.

Be careful to not get any glue on the ping pong ball.

Get a piece of EPDM pond liner or car inner tube and make a gasket to go between the two 8 1/2" disks.

Use the 1/4" acrylic drill and drill 6 or 8 holes around the edge of both disks and the gasket.

Bolt the disks together with nylon bolts and nuts.
