Pumps
| The pumps have a Norwesco single union ball valve on their intake and output with the union toward the pump. This allows me to swap the pump or remove it for maintenance without any tools and the only water that is lost is what is inside the pump. I use Norwesco ball valves because they do not restrict the flow. They are the same diameter all the way through as the ID of the pipe. We use flexible PVC pipe for almost all of the plumbing because it does not grow algae in it like clear vinyl tubing does. |
